The new, 378,000 SF, mixed-use retail and hospitality development project constructed at the north east corner of 47th and Seventh Avenue in the heart of Manhattan’s Times Square. The building is comprised of a six-story retail podium containing over 70,000 SF at its base and a 42 story tower comprising a Marriott Edition Hotel with 452 guest rooms, numerous suites, and several levels dedicated to social space housing bars, restaurants, lounges, and outdoor seating and stage. Additionally, fronting Times Square, the building’s entire podium is covered with a 100-foot-tall electronic screen.

The Edition brand by Marriott is a co-venture of Ian Schrager Hotels and the Marriott Hotel Corporation and is designed to provide five-star hospitality coupled with the highest level of social space and F&B amenity services. The hotel’s tower floors provide views of Midtown Manhattan, the Hudson River and Central Park.
