Interior and exterior renovations and upgrades at twelve college campus buildings.
- Cullimore Hall – interior renovation of the third and fourth floors of the existing six-story building; work included building-wide internal gut and build-out of approximately 10,000 SF per floor; mechanical system upgrades; refurbished faculty offices, faculty offices, conference rooms, and meeting areas; new and renovated computer laboratories
- Student Health Services – interior renovation of the approximately 2,000 SF medical services area
- Oak Hall – exterior renovations of the eight story building with approximately 45,000 SF of façade
- Wilson Alumni Center – approximately 6,000 SF interior renovation
- Cypress Hall – interior renovation of the building’s basement to accommodate the relocation of 5,000 SF Career Services office
- Guttenberg Institute of Technology – 5,000 SF fit-out of the third floor, including finishes, ceilings, and MEP work
- University Advancement Office Relocation – 2,700 SF interior renovations for offices’ relocation to another building
