The fast-tracked upgrade of Emergency Department spaces at Mount Sinai Health System’s Brooklyn campus. Both projects required our staff to work alongside active and occupied Emergency Department (ED) spaces. The hospital’s ED had been operating without working x-ray machines for some time. One project required our staff to provide MEPS upgrades to accommodate the latest medical technology, followed by the build-out of two new x-ray rooms, a control room and installation of the new equipment. CNY also built out a new isolated special procedure room within the same Emergency Department on a fast-tracked four-week schedule.
