New low-rise development of a 184-unit multi-building apartment complex on a 9-acre parcel of land. Part of the site formerly contained a gas station that contaminated the surrounding area with leaking underground fuel tanks. Site preparation required remediation. Other site work included demolition, the provision of power, sewer, and gas, the construction of interconnecting roadways, and the construction of an underground retention system. The four-story buildings were constructed with 16 gauge metal studs; the three-story buildings were stick-built construction.
