The renovation of approximately 10,000 SF of space at the ground level of the existing 81,000 SF Lidl store in Syosset for their new corporate headquarters/regional office for Lidl US Northeast. Work included light demolition, new walls/ceilings, floor finishes, glass and metals, including all new Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Sprinkler & Fire Alarm Systems.
