This master planned development includes seven buildings on the Halletts Point Peninsula along the East River waterfront, which the Durst Organization is developing in phases. Halletts Point Building 7 is 14 stories tall and 154,000 SF, consisting of 163 affordable residential rentals and related amenities. The project will be erected on a lot within the NYCHA Astoria Housing Campus and will include select ConEd utility relocation work, new landscaping and surface parking for NYCHA residents.The Building will consist of one residential tower of 14 stories, with one cellar level, block-and-plank construction with an exterior of brick and punched windows. Project expected to be certified under the NYC Enterprise Green Communities rating system and conform with Owner’s own rigorous sustainability standards.
