A $9 million restoration and adaptive reuse of this former factory, the landmarked K & E Building, into 102 residential units. Built over a span of 20 years during the 1900’s, the landmark complex is comprised of post and beam framed construction with cast iron columns, brick masonry bearing walls, terra cotta arches, and cast-in-place concrete.
