A new, 9 story, 98,000 SF luxury hotel in the Meadowlands near the Harmon Meadows retail/office complex and the Meadowlands Convention Center. The typical AmeriSuite hotel has six stories. This newest facility has three additional floors. The construction team’s creative value engineering analysis of preliminary drawings suggested revisions in the re-design which brought the construction cost in line with the budget and available funding.
